Personal training at The Bristol Physio is designed to help you move beyond injury and rebuild confidence in your body. Once pain has settled and basic movement has improved, personal training helps you progress from simply “recovering” to feeling stronger, fitter, and more capable.
A key part of this is teaching you how to lift correctly, train safely, and feel confident using gym equipment. If the gym feels intimidating, unfamiliar, or overwhelming, I can support you in that environment—helping you understand what to do, how to move well, and how to minimise the risk of injury.
