Who Is This For?
Dry needling may be suitable if you have localised muscular tightness, sensitive trigger points or restricted movement.
Common Symptoms
-
Tight muscular knots
-
Localised aches
-
Referred muscular pain
-
Stiffness or reduced movement
-
Tightness linked to training or overload
How Treatment May Help
Dry needling uses fine needles to target sensitive areas within a muscle. It may help ease tension, improve movement and support your wider rehabilitation plan.
What Happens During Treatment?
Your practitioner will assess the area before inserting fine needles into selected muscles. Treatment is tailored to your symptoms and may be combined with advice, exercise or other physiotherapy techniques.
